  • Monday 8 a.m. 
  • Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. & 6:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. Track workouts- 6:30 p.m.
  • Thursday: 9:00 a.m.& Thursday 6:00
  • Saturday: 9:00 Group run
